RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Dissatisfied with your purchase? We'll work with you to resolve the issue. Products returned in saleable condition with the receipt and original packaging will be gladly exchanged.

Please note, colors may vary due to screen settings and lighting. Fabric pieces or patches are as described in the product description. We only accept items for exchange/return due to manufacturing defects, wrong sizes, or shipment of the wrong products.

No additional payment for exchanging the same article; availability-dependent. Exchanging with a different article incurs additional costs.

After receiving your request, our team will review and offer an exchange (depending on availability). Exchanges/returns only at Keysha’s online and retail stores.

Refund:

No refund policy. If the article is unavailable or defective, the online team will offer a coupon for the same amount, valid online. Inconvenience? Refund within two days.
